Calea Victoriei Cultural Foundation invites you to discover the story of the Golden Prince – Constantin Brancoveanu in one of the most spectacular palaces of Romania- Mogosoaia Palace.
Built in the 16th century the Mogosoaia Palace hides in its complex architecture untold stories of one of oldest and most famous families of Romania – Brancoveanu Family.
After a relaxed guided walk through the Palace compound and the park we will then head towards the Tiganesti Monastery where we will see how nuns are living in a typical orthodox monastery very similar to those in Bucovina.
Besides the monastery the nuns will show us the museum of the monastery, lodgings and the weaving mill with machines dating from the 1920’s.
Participation fee: 120 lei adults / 100 lei children over 2yrs old
The fee includes: cultural guide, transportation and logistics at location
*lunch and museum entrance fee are not included in the price
